Shipping policy
All completed orders are shipped approx 1 to 2 days after completion. We will contact the client to inform them that their brand new L & M product is on its way.
Shipping is charged as follows:
R0 - R1199: Domestic shipping R100
R1200 and above: Free
Collection from our store: Free
South Africa:
We make use of The Courier Guy and Aramex couriers within the borders of South Africa.
Generally parcels can take 1 - 5 working days to be delivered. Please consider this when placing your order.
Parcels are normally delivered between 8 am and 5 pm on Weekdays. When placing your order please provide us with a street address where your parcel can be delivered during those hours.
You will be notified via e-mail, with your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched from our L & M studio. Please track your parcel on the relevant courier company's website.
Pick -up:
You are very welcome to pick up your order once it is completed at our Riebeek Kasteel shop in Short Street. Just tick the pick- up box when checking out. It will be great to meet you!

We will arrange a quote for you ASAP. You are also welcome to organise your own courier from South Africa.
Please remember that there might be additional charges at customs once the parcel arrives which will not be part of the courier quotation.
