Refund policy
We trust that you bought one of our L & M leather products because you loved the look and hand stitched quality.
If however upon receiving your product there is any manufacturing faults or issues please get in touch with us to discuss the problem. (Remember natural markings are part of the charm!)
All returns should be made within 10 days of purchase/received, completely unused, in original packaging and all tags in place. Return costs are that of the client.
We are a small artisan business and deal with returns on a case to case basis. On return we will inspect the item and discuss directly with the client of the appropriate action to take.
Should you get an unwanted gift, we will gladly issue a voucher for you upon return to use at a later stage.
